Knicks at Lakers picks and predictions
Prediction
Lakers 111, Knicks 106
Moneyline
I’m drinking the Kool-Aid. This Lakers team is dangerous, and it’s because Luka is being Luka. Over the last 3 games, he has 31, 29 and 30 points. He’s also 14-for-34 (41.2%) from long range.
I’m taking the Lakers, but I’d rather lay the points. Instead, I’m going with KARL-ANTHONY TOWNS OVER 11.5 REBOUNDS (-120). One thing the Lakers lack is size underneath, and KAT averages 13.4 boards per game. Sign me up.
Against the spread
I like the LAKERS -3.5 (-105). They’re 24-7 at home and just on another level the way that LBJ and Luka are playing together. The Knicks are also just 2-8 ATS in their last 10 despite being 6-4 straight up.
